Hydrated Skin is a dermo-supplement designed to support and strengthen the skin’s natural hydrolipid barrier. It contains ingredients that help improve skin hydration, restore the skin barrier, and increase the levels of ceramides and hyaluronic acid in the skin.

Key Ingredients

Myo-Inositol + D-Chiro-Inositol (40:1) — 1,230 mg

Alleviates acne by reducing hyperandrogenism. Inhibits 5-α reductase (the enzyme involved in DHT production), has anti-inflammatory properties, and positively influences glucose-insulin metabolism.

Clinical studies show: combined with folic acid and vitamin D after 8 weeks, it reduced acne lesions by 69.3% (inflammatory) and 63% (non-inflammatory) in PCOS patients. Myo-inositol supplementation also reduced total testosterone, free testosterone and insulin levels.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) — 800 mg

Prevents synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-8 and IL-6). Boosts glutathione production — a powerful antioxidant. Reduces excessive cell proliferation, which is one of the underlying causes of acne formation.

Studies confirm: NAC combined with selenium and silymarin reduced IL-8 levels and the number of inflammatory lesions after 8 weeks, with higher glutathione concentrations observed.

Indole-3-Carbinol (Cabbage Extract 10%) — 100 mg

Exhibits anti-androgenic and anti-oestrogenic activity. Participates in oestrogen metabolism and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. Helps regulate hormonal balance contributing to hormonal acne.

Zinc — 15 mg

Copper — 1 mg
