How dermo-supplements work

Key Ingredients

Quercetin (Japanese Sophora Extract 95%) — 300 mg / 285 mg quercetin

A powerful antioxidant with anti-allergic properties. Reduces histamine production and pro-inflammatory mediators. Regulates immune system function. Studies confirm: 4 weeks of quercetin use reduced the severity of allergic symptoms including eye itching, sneezing, runny nose and sleep disturbance.

Black Seed Extract (Nigella sativa 0.5% Thymoquinone) — 500 mg

Well known for its effectiveness in allergic conditions. Oral administration of black seed capsules alleviated allergic symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis. Studies in animal models of atopic dermatitis showed reduced cellular infiltration and decreased concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines.

Curcumin (Turmeric Extract 95% Curcuminoids) — 600 mg / 570 mg curcuminoids

Acts as an anti-inflammatory by reducing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. In vitro and in vivo studies indicate its potential in alleviating allergic conditions. Works synergistically with quercetin and black seed to reduce histamine levels in the body.

Black Pepper Extract (95% Piperine) — 0.55 mg

Included to significantly enhance the bioavailability of curcumin. Piperine has been shown to increase curcumin absorption by up to 2,000%, making the formula substantially more effective.

Zinc — 15 mg (150% NRV)

Essential for immune system function. Supports proper keratinocyte proliferation and has anti-inflammatory properties. Low zinc levels are thought to contribute to atopy and skin reactivity.

Copper — 1 mg (100% NRV)

Inhibits free radical-induced cell damage. Acts anti-inflammatory. Included to prevent deficiency that can arise from long-term high-dose zinc supplementation.

Probiotics — 3 × 10⁹ CFU

• Bifidobacterium breve BR03 — regulates bowel function and soothes symptoms of atopic skin and respiratory conditions
